The peapod is available for use from sunrise to sunset.  (There are no running lights on the boat)

 

You may use the peapod row boat for up to 2 hours unless you make other arrangements.

 

The peapod is equipped with 4 adult PFD's, 2 child PFD's as required by the coastguard.  It is not required that they be worn however I strongly recommend it.   Additionally, a manual horn, Flares, and a small anchor are aboard.  Sunblock and drinking water is not aboard.

 

The user is responsible for any and all liability for the safety of themselves and their passengers and any other boats or property damaged while operating this vessel. 

 

Before using the peapod you must:

 

1. Contact me via phone, provide your contact information including your full name, address, phone number and email address.  State your requested time, date and duration of use.  

2.  Text me this same information to 207-841-8226 then wait to receive authorization from me via text.
